Terms and Conditions – Ideanow

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Ideanow ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging with Ideanow, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Offered
Ideanow provides services including (but not limited to):

  • Website and application development

  • Cloud and cybersecurity solutions

  • SEO and digital marketing

  • E-commerce and commerce automation

  • Software consulting and business strategy

Each service engagement will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

 

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate project information.

  • Cooperate with our team throughout the service lifecycle.

  • Make timely payments as per the agreed milestones.

  • Respond promptly to queries, approvals, or content requirements.

Delays in communication or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

 

3. Payments and Fees

  • All payments must be made as per the proposal or invoice schedule.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, as stated in our No Refund Policy.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or delay in service delivery.

  • Services will not be initiated or delivered unless the minimum agreed advance is paid.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Once a project has been confirmed and initiated, no cancellation or refund is permitted.

  • In case of client-initiated cancellation after project start, full payment of the agreed amount remains due.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created during a project will remain with Ideanow until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment completion, the client will receive full rights to the deliverables as agreed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

 

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential project and business information private and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
Ideanow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 

8. Service Modifications
Any requests for additional features or changes outside the original scope will be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly.

 

9. Termination of Services
Ideanow reserves the right to terminate services due to client misconduct, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed.

 

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts  India.
